What you will do:

Care Planning: Collaborate in delivering and implementing comprehensive programmes of care tailored to each individual

Patient Monitoring: Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to ensure timely responses

Team Support: Actively participate as a team member, supporting relatives and delivering compassionate care

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records in line with standards

Daily Assistance: Support patients with washing, dressing, eating, and mobility while preserving dignity

Emotional Support: Provide emotional and physical support to patients and families, including end-of-life care

Communication: Report concerns or complaints appropriately to maintain high standards of care
Must have access to a car for ease of travel to various locations across the beautiful island of Guernsey.
