What you will do:

• Provide operational oversight and professional management to the Mental Health Social Work Team South, including case supervision and resource management.
• Ensure the delivery of person-centred, needs-led enablement and long-term support plans for adults requiring assistance, promoting independence and choice.
• Uphold compliance with standards and best practice while contributing to continuous service improvement.
• Build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to assessments and reviews.
• Safeguard adults at risk through monitoring, risk management, and adherence to safeguarding protocols.
• Identify, record, and manage risks consistently in accordance with service and safeguarding standards.
• Champion self-directed support, including direct payments, to promote independence for service users and carers.
