What you will do:

• Conduct all aspects of blood transfusion testing, including the utilisation of Ortho Vision for red cell crossmatching and issuing of blood components and products.
• Collaborate with the existing team using Blood 360 vein-to-vein tracking systems.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with Quality Management Systems, UKAS and BSQR standards.
• Operate and manage laboratory information systems, specifically Winpath (LIMS).
• Drive to different sites if required, implementing best practice in Blood Sciences.
