Caseload Management: Manage a complex, designated caseload, ensuring each patient receives appropriate care and attention.

Collaborative Care: Liaise with external agencies and professionals to provide holistic and effective support for patient recovery.
Supervision & Mentorship: Support and supervise junior staff and students, contributing to a positive learning and development environment.
