What you will do:
- Caseload Management: Manage a complex, designated caseload, ensuring each patient receives appropriate care and attention.
- Assessment & Treatment: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and deliver interventions, including medication management and low-intensity psychological therapies.
- Collaborative Care: Liaise with external agencies and professionals to provide holistic and effective support for patient recovery.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Support and supervise junior staff and students, contributing to a positive learning and development environment.
