What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Family Support Team to deliver high-quality services.
• Develop and implement Care and Support Plans tailored to each family's needs.
• Ensure the effective management and delivery of Child Protection Plans.
• Manage complex cases, including Public Law Outline proceedings and attendance at court hearings.
• Support team and professional development, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with other social work teams and partner agencies to manage cases effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and implement improvements where required.
• Foster a supportive and innovative team culture focused on achieving the best outcomes for children.
