Weekday (Day): £13.70 per hour
Weekday (Night): £14.00 per hour
Saturday (Day): £14.25 per hour

Sunday (Day): £14.60 per hour
Sunday (Night): £15.15 per hour
Bank Holiday (Day & Night): £16.80 per hour

About the Role

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers and Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to work across residential care homes, nursing homes, and supported living services in Middlesbrough.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in adult social care, elderly care, learning disabilities, mental health support, or complex care who are seeking flexible agency shifts with competitive pay.

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for individuals with a range of needs.

Shift Information

This is flexible, ad-hoc shift work.

Shifts may be offered in advance or at short notice depending on client demand. Hours are not guaranteed each week and can vary.

This role suits those looking for flexibility or additional income alongside other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting (where required)
Support individuals with daily living tasks and community access
Assist with meals, hydration, and medication (where trained to do so)
Encourage independence and participation in activities
Monitor and report any changes in health or behaviour
Maintain accurate care records and complete effective handovers
Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures
Deliver care in line with care plans and CQC standards

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3–6 months UK experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or HCA
Experience within residential care, nursing homes, supported living, or community care settings
A caring, reliable, and professional approach
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
