What you will do:

• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based ICU nursing care to critically ill patients

• Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation

• Manage ventilated patients and advanced haemodynamic monitoring equipment

• Administer medications and IV therapies in line with prescriptions and clinical policies

• Respond promptly and effectively to clinical deterioration and emergency situations

Requirements:

• Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) qualification

• Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration

• Current ICU competencies

• Enhanced DBS clearance

• Right to Work applicable for Isle of Man placement

Applicants must have proven ICU or Critical Care experience, ideally working at Band 6 level or equivalent, with strong clinical judgement and confidence managing ventilated and high-dependency patients. Experience with invasive monitoring and previous locum or block-booking roles is highly desirable.
