Weekday (Day): £13.70 per hour

About the Role
Seven Resourcing are recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to work across residential and nursing care homes in Hull.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in elderly care, nursing home support, residential care, and person-centred care who are seeking flexible agency shifts with competitive pay rates.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a safe and supportive care home environment.
Shift Information
This is flexible, ad-hoc shift work.
Shifts may be offered in advance or at short notice depending on client demand. Hours are not guaranteed each week and can vary.
This role suits those looking for flexibility or additional income alongside other commitments.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting

Support residents with mobility, meals, and hydration

Encourage independence and participation in daily activities

Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
-
Support individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, and long-term conditions

Maintain accurate care records and complete shift handovers
-
Work collaboratively with nurses and senior care staff

Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures

Deliver care in line with CQC standards and individual care plans
Essential Requirements

Minimum 3–6 months UK experience as a Health Care Assistant, Care Assistant, or Support Worker

Experience within residential care homes or nursing homes
-
A caring, reliable, and professional approach

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Right to work in the UK
-
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
