What you will do:

Carer Supervision and Support: Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to approved kinship foster carers, promoting placement stability and positive outcomes for children.

Fostering Assessments: Undertake comprehensive assessments of prospective kinship foster carers in line with fostering regulations, legislation, and national standards.

Safeguarding: Ensure safeguarding remains central to all aspects of practice, responding appropriately to concerns and supporting carers to manage risks effectively.

Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with professionals across education, health, legal services, and other partner agencies to ensure coordinated support for children and families.

Care Planning: Contribute to care planning processes and support permanence arrangements that prioritise the best interests of children.
