Pay, shifts and working pattern
- Week Day: £12.71 + £1.53 holiday pay = £14.24 per hour
- Week Night: £13 + £1.57 holiday pay = £14.57 per hour
- Saturday Day: £13 + £1.57 holiday pay = £14.57 per hour
- Saturday Night: £13.30 + £1.61 holiday pay = £14.91 per hour
- Sunday Day: £13.50 + £1.63 holiday pay = £15.13 per hour
- Sunday Night: £13.50 + £1.63 holiday pay = £15.13 per hour
- Bank Holiday Day: £14.50 + £1.75 holiday pay = £16.25 per hour
- Bank Holiday Night: £14.50 + £1.75 holiday pay = £16.25 per hour
- Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00, 20:00 - 08:00

What you will do
- Provide holistic care and support to individuals with autism, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs
- Assist with everyday tasks, ensuring a safe and supportive environment is maintained at all times
- Monitor and record patient conditions and progress, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Uphold the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines

What you’ll need
- At least 6 months’ recent experience in a healthcare setting within the UK, with a focus on autism support
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) training
- Manual handling certification
- Evidence of practical training relevant to the role
- Two references from recent employment in healthcare
- Compliance with enhanced DBS checks
