We’re currently recruiting a Recovery Worker to support a substance misuse service based in Peterborough.

• Provide one-to-one keyworking sessions and manage a caseload effectively to support individuals through their recovery journey.
• Implement harm reduction practices tailored to individual needs, offering guidance and support.
• Liaise with other professionals to create a comprehensive care plan for service users.
• Ensure all cases are documented in line with compliance and quality standards.
• Engage service users in educational programs and workshops aimed at promoting and sustaining recovery.
