What you will do:
- Inspire and lead the Mental Health team to achieve exceptional outcomes for adults experiencing mental ill health.
- Manage and prioritise a varied caseload with a strengths-based approach.
- Collaborate closely with health partners, community services and internal teams to coordinate care plans and support services.
- Oversee assessments, care planning and reviews in line with the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
- Serve as a Lead Enquiry Officer for safeguarding enquiries, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Manage team resources efficiently and promote a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
