What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for Connected Persons seeking to provide permanent care for children unable to live with their parents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and evidence in your reports.
• Prepare and present high-quality assessment reports with clear recommendations to family courts and panels.
• When a child resides with a connected person being assessed, take on a supervisory role to ensure statutory visits and placement monitoring are carried out effectively.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with families to deliver exceptional service and work collaboratively with your team to meet objectives.
• Participate actively in one-to-one reflective supervision sessions with your line manager and engage in group supervisions.
• Meet any additional responsibilities aligned with the role, contributing positively to the organisation’s objectives.
