What you will do:
- Provide hands-on practical and domestic support to children, young people, and their families, creating a nurturing environment.
- Contribute to assessments and deliver bespoke care packages, ensuring the unique needs of each child are met.
- Engage proactively with families, building trust and offering persisting encouragement to those who need it most.
- Facilitate Family Time sessions, organizing and supervising contact arrangements between children and their families.
- Record and report on case files, capturing the voice of the child and ensuring care plan outcomes are achieved.
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for children and young people.
- Monitor and evaluate family progress using effective measurement tools, striving for continuous improvement.
