What you will do:
- Provide support and guidance to individuals experiencing substance misuse issues, helping them on their journey to recovery.
- Coordinate and deliver personalised recovery plans tailored to the needs of each client.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops to encourage community and peer support.
- Engage with local services and organisations to ensure clients have access to a wide range of resources.
- Monitor and report on client progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure effective rehabilitation.

Requirements for the role of Substance Misuse Recovery Worker:
- Recent experience in fields such as Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery is essential, bringing your valuable expertise to the community.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications that equip you with the necessary tools to assist clients on their recovery path.
