What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and challenges of individuals struggling with alcohol misuse.
- Develop personalized recovery plans and provide continuous one-on-one support tailored to each client’s journey.
- Work effectively with clients facing complex needs, employing harm reduction strategies and fostering a safe environment for recovery.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, harnessing a wealth of shared knowledge and expertise.
- Maintain thorough case management records and communicate effectively with stakeholders involved in client care.

Key Experience Required:

• Proven experience in dealing with alcohol misuse
• Proficient in conducting assessments, recovery planning, and delivering ongoing individual support
• Experience in handling complex cases and applying harm reduction techniques
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and case management skills
