What you will do:
- Support the Team Manager in delivering the Signs of Safety approach, ensuring a high-quality service to children and families.
- Oversee a sub-Team, focusing on staff development, supervision, and high-risk Strategy Meetings on a rotational basis.
- Assist in "Ragging" referrals, allocations, and authorising Social Worker’s assessments, maintaining high standards in service delivery.
- Collaborate with MASH Partner Agencies, fostering positive, professional relationships that enhance service outcomes.
- Contribute to service development and participate in Task Force Groups, navigating the fast-paced environment of MASH.
- Maintain safeguarding as a priority, working under pressure to meet critical deadlines and ensure timely progression to appropriate services.
- Be office-based on a rota basis, supporting the Team Manager and reinforcing team collaboration and success.

Additional Information:
This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. Safeguarding and Child Protection are top priorities for the Council. Candidates must be registered with Social Care Wales.
