What you will do:
- Arrange respite breaks to support families and enhance child welfare.
- Conduct home statutory visits to ensure children's safety and well-being.
- Perform initial assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
- Develop, arrange, and review personalised care plans.
- Liaise with other professionals such as occupational therapists to coordinate comprehensive support.
- Organise direct payments to facilitate necessary resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and attend key meetings such as core groups and looked after children reviews.
- Execute educational needs assessments and respond to section 47 enquiries.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
