Experienced Recovery Worker Required in Bradford for 3 Month Block Booking - £22 Per Hour Umbrella

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Worker to join our team in Bradford for an exciting three-month opportunity. Working from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, you will earn £22 per hour via umbrella. Your expertise in Substance Misuse will be crucial in supporting individuals with their recovery journey. What you will do:

• Manage a diverse caseload of adults dealing with substance use issues, including opiates, non-opiates, and alcohol.
• Develop and manage comprehensive recovery and treatment plans, tailoring them to individual needs.
• Facilitate and encourage progression from initial engagement through structured treatment to self-sustained recovery.
• Work to reduce the harm caused by substance use to individuals and the wider community.
• Collaborate with key partners and colleagues to achieve optimal health and wellbeing outcomes for clients.
• Engage in scripting and support evening clinics to offer broad-ranging assistance.
