What you will do:

• Provide high-quality, patient-focused care to the elderly population, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing at all times.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed, while closely monitoring patient responses and reporting any changes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans for each patient.

Requirements for the Registered General Nurse role:
Possess a degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult), demonstrating your qualifications are up to date.
Have recent nursing experience in the UK, showcasing your ability to adapt to various healthcare settings and patient needs.
