What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality mental health care in accordance with individual needs and treatment plans within Liaison, Crisis, and Home Based Treatment services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care packages for service users.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to patients and their families during times of crisis, ensuring compassionate and effective intervention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring adherence to NMC guidelines and trust policies.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
- Current and valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse offering confidence in various mental health settings.
