What you will do:

Support service users from their entry into the service throughout their entire treatment and recovery journey.

Conduct screenings, assessments, recovery planning, and make necessary onward referrals.

Promote carer, service user, and community involvement to foster a supportive recovery environment.

Provide advocacy to ensure service users gain access to partnership services when needed.

Assist individuals in their social reintegration, promoting recovery and resilience through peer support and self-determination.
