One position focuses on Safeguarding Adults, while the other is dedicated to Safeguarding Children's issues. You'll earn £31 per hour through an umbrella company, with a 6-month block booking to ensure job security and the chance to settle into your role. What you will do:
- Lead and manage safeguarding strategies to protect vulnerable adults or children, depending on your specialism
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities, and other agencies to assess and safeguard at-risk individuals
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues regarding safeguarding policies and best practices
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans to support the welfare of clients
- Attend and contribute to safeguarding meetings to ensure the right actions are taken
- Engage in case reviews and audits to improve service delivery and outcomes
