What you will do:

Assess and manage complex cases within the Intervention Team, ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of children and families.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience as a Senior Social Worker.
Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements and organisational policies.
Lead meetings, reviews, and case conferences to support effective decision-making and care planning.
Promote positive outcomes for children through high-quality social work practice and partnership working.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration.
Significant experience within children’s social work and safeguarding/intervention services.
Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills.
Ability to manage complex caseloads and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
