This enticing opportunity, starting in May for a year-long engagement, offers a competitive rate of £22.32 per hour via an Umbrella company, or £17.18 via PAYE. What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Local Land Charges migration project from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinate the migration of LLC data to HM Land Registry’s digital register in line with national standards and requirements.
- Ensure all migrated data is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, and HM Land Registry specifications.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are achieved within a high-intensity environment.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance information to the Project Board and senior stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, system suppliers, and HM Land Registry representatives to support successful delivery.
- Review and improve operational processes, identifying efficiencies in workflows and the use of systems.
- Support and contribute to the implementation and administration of relevant software systems associated with the migration programme.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with governance requirements.

About You:
We are looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of the Local Land Charges service, including relevant legislation and a proven track record working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Experience in HM Land Registry migration projects and software implementation will be crucial.
