What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and reviews for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in accordance with statutory guidance.
- Develop and implement thorough care plans to improve the well-being and opportunities of the young people you work with.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies, local authorities, and communities to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure that children's health, education, and emotional needs are met.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation to support effective decision-making processes.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Must have a degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England is essential.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
