What you will do:

• Manage a diverse and complex caseload with adequate supervision and support, adhering to legislative frameworks.

• Ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with financial resources, identifying any service gaps or unmet needs.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to improve service standards and share best practices in social work.
• Facilitate training and placements for students and newly qualified social workers.
