What you will do:
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to non-qualified staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Lead and manage the Safeguarding Adults duty inbox, ensuring timely and effective responses to concerns.
- Review and authorise Section 42(1) safeguarding concerns, demonstrating your expert decision-making abilities.
- Undertake complex Section 42(2) safeguarding enquiries, delivering thorough and compassionate investigations.
- Act as Safeguarding Adults Manager SAM for allocated cases, overseeing the entire safeguarding process with confidence and clarity.
- Conduct assessments and interventions in accordance with statutory duties and team timescales, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Support practice development and promote effective multi-agency collaboration, enhancing overall service delivery.
- Contribute to positive outcomes for adults with mental health needs through person-centred and strength-based practice.
