What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of the needs and risks of children and families within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
- Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans in collaboration with other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Keep accurate and timely records of all cases and interventions, ensuring that case management and reports meet all professional standards.
- Attend and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings, sharing your insights and advocating on behalf of children and families.
- Provide advice and support to service users and colleagues on safeguarding matters, drawing on your extensive social work expertise.

Requirements for the Social Worker:
- A degree or its equivalent in Social Work.
- Current registration with Social Work England showcasing your professional standing.
- Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, demonstrating your ability to make a positive impact.
