As a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, your expertise will contribute to positive outcomes for individuals and their families.

What you will do

Manage a professional caseload, focusing on strengths-based assessments and support planning.
Conduct Care Act reviews, ensuring compliance with Adult Social Care legislation.
Promote safeguarding by undertaking necessary investigations and risk assessments.
Collaborate with statutory, voluntary, and community partners to achieve shared goals.
Participate in peer reviews, reflective practice sessions, and team discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
Maintain accurate case records and provide professional advice and guidance to team members.
Support less experienced staff and social work students, enhancing the team's capabilities.
Undertake duty responsibilities as part of the team rota to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Champion equality, dignity, and person-centred practices in all interactions.

Additional requirements

A driving licence is necessary for this role, along with the completion of an Adults DFE Form. Please note a DBS check may be applicable.
