What you will do
- Manage a professional caseload, focusing on strengths-based assessments and support planning.
- Conduct Care Act reviews, ensuring compliance with Adult Social Care legislation.
- Promote safeguarding by undertaking necessary investigations and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with statutory, voluntary, and community partners to achieve shared goals.
- Participate in peer reviews, reflective practice sessions, and team discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
- Maintain accurate case records and provide professional advice and guidance to team members.
- Support less experienced staff and social work students, enhancing the team's capabilities.
- Undertake duty responsibilities as part of the team rota to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Champion equality, dignity, and person-centred practices in all interactions.
Additional requirements
A driving licence is necessary for this role, along with the completion of an Adults DFE Form. Please note a DBS check may be applicable.
