What you will do:
- Manage and navigate complex cases, particularly involving safeguarding issues, COP, and Court Statements, ensuring the protection and well-being of vulnerable individuals.
- Conduct care and support assessments in accordance with the Care Act, develop tailor-made support plans, and perform Mental Capacity Assessments.
- Work collaboratively with Leicestershire County Council using the Target Operating Model and the Liquid Logic system.
- Write detailed and compelling court and safeguarding reports, offering targeted protection plans for our most at-risk clients.
- Ensure a person-centred approach is at the heart of your practice, always advocating for the needs and rights of those you support.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent in Social Work, with current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
- Proven experience in managing complex social work cases with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in writing court and safeguarding reports and creating effective protection plans.
- Experience in completing care and support assessments under the Care Act.
