What you will do
- Safeguarding Enquiries: Undertake Section 42 enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014.
- Care Planning: Develop person-centred safeguarding plans that are proportionate and outcome-focused.
- Service User Engagement: Ensure individuals’ voices, wishes, and desired outcomes are central to decisions.
- Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with partners to deliver effective safeguarding responses.
- Case Management: Manage a complex caseload while maintaining high standards of practice.
- Mental Capacity: Conduct Mental Capacity Act assessments and contribute to Best Interest decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in audits and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Advocacy Support: Promote awareness of rights and support access to advocacy services.
