What you will do:

• Screen, triage, and analyse incoming contacts and referrals, applying professional thresholds to determine the appropriate level of intervention

• Work collaboratively with police, health, education, and other partner agencies to ensure well-rounded and informed decision-making

• Identify and address immediate safeguarding concerns and participate in strategy meetings and Section 47 enquiries when necessary

• Conduct initial assessments and manage the seamless transfer of cases to the appropriate long-term teams

• Maintain accurate case records with a focus on compliance and statutory timescales while engaging in ongoing professional development
