What you will do
- Respond promptly to referrals within the First Response Team to ensure the safety and well-being of children in the community.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop safety plans tailored to each child and family.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive response to cases.
- Provide expert guidance and support to vulnerable children and their families, focusing on early intervention.
- Attend relevant meetings and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
