What you will do:

- Conduct safeguarding assessments and risk analyses to ensure child safety and well-being.
- Meet and liaise with children, their parents or carers, and other involved professionals to gather vital information.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive, high-quality court reports, including Section 7 reports, safeguarding letters, and child impact analyses.
- Navigate complex family situations involving factors such as domestic abuse, neglect, substance misuse, and parental conflict, and provide informed guidance.
- Attend and actively participate in family court hearings, presenting professional recommendations with confidence.
- Collaborate effectively with local authorities, schools, health services, police, and legal professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and adhere to statutory and organisational policies and procedures.
