What you will do

• Conduct and manage high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families, ensuring timely progress.
• Work within a caseload of 20-24 cases, including a mix of Child in Need, Child Protection, and other assessments.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations and Section 47 enquiries, utilising your problem-solving skills.
• Be present in the office up to three days a week and full-time during duty weeks to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Travel across Torbay and occasionally beyond to visit children as required.
• Participate in a duty rota, providing support and guidance on a rotation every three weeks.
