Social Worker (Adults) - Greenwich, UK - Ongoing, Full-time position - Earn up to £32 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker specialising in adult services to make a significant impact in the vibrant community of Greenwich. As a Social Worker Level 1, you will earn up to £32 hourly under the London Borough Agreement, and you'll be engaged in full-time work, managing cases with a focus on more complex or unusual situations. You'll be working independently and collaborating with children, young people, families, carers, and communities, empowering them to express their needs and contribute to service planning.

What you will do:
- Assess and manage risk effectively, demonstrating adaptability to tackle complex and unique cases.
- Engage with children, young people, families, carers, and communities to assist them in articulating their needs and making informed decisions.
- Contribute to the planning and development of services to meet community needs.
- Independently manage a caseload, ensuring professional and timely interventions are applied.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of your work while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

This is a Social Worker Level 1 position, expected to handle cases independently, adapting from first principles to address more complex or unusual situations, assessing and managing risks appropriately. Collaborate with children, young people, families, carers, and communities to help them express their needs and make informed decisions while contributing to service planning.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work and current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK, demonstrating your capability as a qualified Social Worker.
