What you will do:

• Conduct thorough Care Act Assessments and Reviews to ensure the well-being of adults in need.
• Carry out Carers Assessments and provide targeted support.
• Perform Mental Capacity Assessments ensuring individuals receive decisions aligned with their best interests.
• Manage legal work as required, efficiently handling all documentation and procedures.
• Provide crucial Duty Work support within the team, ensuring timely interventions when needed.
• Handle Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, collaborating with multi-agency teams to safeguard vulnerable adults.
