What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective adoptive families to ensure they meet the needs of children requiring placement.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to adoptive families throughout the adoption process and beyond.
- Work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to facilitate successful adoption placements.
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
- Attend relevant meetings, court sessions, and conferences as needed to support adoption plans.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker within Social Services in the UK.
