What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers within the Family Help and Support sector, ensuring quality and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Supervise and support social workers in their professional development and case management, promoting best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders to enhance services for families.
- Participate in and contribute to strategic planning and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory duties and safeguards concerning children's welfare.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently to meet service objectives.

Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Substantial managerial experience, working as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Extensive frontline experience in Children's Services.
