What you will do:

- Deliver compassionate and personalised nursing care to residents within the care home, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring and assessing residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement individualised care plans.
- Provide support and guidance to residents and their families, fostering a welcoming and comforting environment.
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of care delivered and residents' progress.

Requirements:

- A degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with an active NMC registration for Adult Care.
- Recent experience in nursing within the UK, bringing valuable hands-on practice to your role.
