What you will do:

- Lead and enhance the quality of professional social work practice for children, young people, and their families.
- Deliver and support various learning programmes for pre and post-qualifying social workers.
- Supervise and support social work practitioners, ensuring they meet the highest standards of practice.
- Assist in the quality assurance process, guiding and developing practitioners through their educational journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to integrate innovative practices within the Academy.
