What you will do:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Court Progression Team, ensuring effective safeguarding practice.
• Manage, supervise, and develop a team of social workers and personal advisors.
• Provide strategic leadership in line with statutory guidance, policy, and council objectives.
• Oversee workload allocation, performance management, and service delivery standards.
• Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of resources within the team.
• Build strong partnerships with internal departments, external agencies, and third-sector organisations.
• Chair supervision meetings and maintain oversight of case quality and progression.
• Attend court and multi-agency meetings, ensuring robust and timely care planning.
