What you will do

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive support plans for children and families within the Kinship Team.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to junior social workers, ensuring best practice and the highest standards of care.
• Liaise with various agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated support for families.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
• Offer professional supervision and mentoring to less experienced team members.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely interventions and compliance with statutory requirements.
