What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality renal nursing care to patients, adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Educate and support patients and their families on managing dialysis treatment and overall health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult).
- Recent nursing experience in the UK, with 1-2 years of previous HD experience required.
- Experience on Fresenius machines would be an advantage, but training can be provided for enthusiastic learners.
