What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive assessment and intervention for adults with communication and swallowing difficulties in an acute inpatient setting.
- Develop and deliver personalised therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Advocate for patients and provide education and support to families and carers.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and contribute to clinical audits to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:
- You must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Speech and Language Therapy along with current HCPC registration.
- Recent experience in the UK or NHS working as a Speech and Language Therapist is essential to hit the ground running in this role.
