What you will do:

• Conduct mobility assessments and design tailored exercise programmes to support patient improvement.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions from hospital to home.
• Provide essential equipment, requiring expertise in manual handling.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a supportive team environment.
• Must be a car driver, as transporting necessary equipment is part of your role.
• Leverage your knowledge of conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, dementia, MSK, COPD, orthopaedics, and falls, to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:

• Hold a qualification in physiotherapy (Degree or equivalent).
• Possess recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy.
• Be registered with the HCPC to practice as a physiotherapist in the UK.
• NHS experience is advantageous but not essential to excel in this role.
