What you will do:
- Lead and manage the team in delivering high-quality services to young people leaving care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the service's effectiveness.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to team members to ensure case management is efficient and outcomes are positive.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to create a comprehensive support network for service users.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to meet the standards in children’s social care.

Requirements for the Team Manager:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in managing front-line children's services, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Robust leadership skills with a proven track record in team management.
