What you will do:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to the surgical department, ensuring the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication management plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor and review patient medications to optimise treatment outcomes and ensure the best possible care.
- Engage in patient education activities, offering valuable counsel on medication use and potential side effects.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your expertise to improve patient care pathways.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and professional regulatory requirements.

Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- Current registration with the GPHC is required.
- Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting is essential.
- Hold an NVQ or equivalent qualification as a Pharmacist.
