As anRGN your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records
- Monitor residents’ health and liaise with families and healthcare professionals
- Follow all clinical governance, safeguarding, and infection control procedures
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
Key Skills & Experience required for the Nurse position are:
- Active NMC registration (PIN)
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a care or nursing home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Location: Birmingham, easily commutable from Edgbaston, Solihull, Kings Heath, Erdington and the wider West Midlands area
